- Valid Class A CDL License
- 1 year of OTR experience in the last 3 years
- At least 23 years of age
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 minor accidents in the past 3 years, no DOT accidents
- No DWI / DUI / BAC in the past 10 years
- No license suspension for a moving violation in the last 12 months
- No crimes in the past 5 years
